Since the <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=Tata\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tata <\/a>Group takeover, two rounds of Voluntary Retirement Schemes have been implemented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the spokesperson, a crucial aspect of the multi-year transformational initiative Vihaan.AI is establishing an agile and efficient organizational structure aligned with the business model, fostering expansion and ambition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Air India is embarking on a significant five-year transformation journey led by Vihaan. AI. It aims to evolve into a world-class airline with an authentic Indian identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The initial phase of this transformation, known as the &#8220;taxi phase,&#8221; has recently been completed, focusing on rectifying fundamental aspects.
