Concurrently, flights under the Centre&#8217;s UDAN scheme are anticipated to launch by the end of June.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the airline&#8217;s Chief Executive Officer and MD, Sanjay Aditya Singh, informed <em>PTI<\/em> that flights from Guwahati to Kolkata will run daily via Rupsi airport. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For these commercial flights, the airline plans to utilize 88-plus-seater aircraft. Singh also mentioned that smaller aircraft might be considered for short-haul flights to Bagdogra and Cooch Behar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>JettWings Airways, founded by Dr. Sanjive Narain and Sanjay Aditya Singh, will connect airports in Guwahati, Pakyong (Sikkim), Cooch Behar, Kushinagar, Gaya, Bareilly, Kanpur, and Agra, as stated in a company release.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company further announced that JettWings Airways will be the first airline from the Northeast region to operate fixed-wing aircraft on commercial routes, utilizing modern deck turbofan regional jets and turboprops. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They have outlined a robust business plan to procure and operate 42 aircraft within the first five years<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stay tuned with us.
