MUMBAI-<\/strong> IndiGo (6E)<\/a>, the largest airline in India, has introduced its latest route featuring non-stop flights from Mumbai (BOM)<\/a> to Colombo (CMB), Sri Lanka, starting from April 12, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Operational on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, this new service aims to strengthen the connectivity between Mumbai, India’s financial hub, and Colombo, the capital of Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IndiGo Mumbai to Colombo Flights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This launch positions Mumbai as the fourth Indian city to provide direct flights to Colombo, joining Bengaluru<\/a>, Hyderabad, and Chennai to facilitate seamless travel connections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Vinay Malhotra, Head of Global Sales at IndiGo, expressed, “We are delighted to initiate direct flights between Mumbai and Colombo, catalyzing enhancing travel, trade, and tourism between India and Sri Lanka. With the inclusion of these flights, IndiGo will operate 37 weekly flights to Colombo from four cities in India.
