Women employees contribute substantially, constituting 51% of the airline’s workforce. Notably, in the two years since Air India’s return to the Tata group, there has been a notable surge in the inclusion of women across all facets of the airline’s operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Air India Express (IX) <\/a>follows suit, with over 13% of its pilots being women and nearly half of the workforce comprising women employees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
