SEATTLE-<\/strong> Alaska Airlines (AS)<\/a> is set further to enhance travel options for its guests in Portland (PDX), announcing the commencement of nonstop service to Atlanta (ATL) <\/a>starting this fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The daily flights are scheduled to commence on October 1 and will operate year-round, offering increased convenience and choices for travelers. Tickets for these flights can be purchased starting this weekend through the official website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alaska Airlines Portland to Atlanta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As the largest carrier in Portland for over two decades, serving as a key West Coast gateway, Alaska Airlines continues its commitment to expanding connectivity from Rose City to various destinations across its network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kirsten Amrine, Vice President of Revenue Management and Network Planning for Alaska Airlines, expressed confidence that the new flights to Atlanta will prove to be a popular addition, particularly for travelers heading to the South.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The introduction of the Portland-Atlanta flight marks a significant milestone, expanding nonstop offerings to 54 destinations from Portland<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Building on this, nonstop service to Miami <\/a>commenced on Nov. 17, and Alaska Airlines is gearing up for year-round flights to Nashville starting March 14.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
