Thales is set to upgrade and retrofit Air India’s existing fleet of 40 Boeing 777s<\/a> and 787 Dreamliners <\/a>with the cutting-edge AVANT Up system, a process scheduled to commence in 2024 and extend through 2025. Furthermore, Thales will install the AVANT Up IFE on Air India’s upcoming 11 Airbus and Boeing aircraft, with deliveries slated to start in 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thales’ AVANT Up incorporates Optiq, which includes 4K QLED HDR displays meticulously crafted to offer the finest in-flight viewing experience with unparalleled picture quality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Optiq is equipped with in-screen USB-A and USB-C high-speed charging ports, distinguishing itself as the sole display featuring two Bluetooth connections and built-in Wi-Fi. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
