The airline has also formed partnerships with leading flying schools worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Air India Training Academy collaborates with global original equipment manufacturers (OEM) to deliver top-notch training support and develop a customized curriculum aligned with Air India&#8217;s standards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Equipped with simulators for pilot training across the Air India fleet, the Training Academy will offer type ratings to <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=CPL\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Commercial Pilot License (CPL)<\/a> holders enrolled in the Air India Cadet Pilot Programme, tailored to meet Air India&#8217;s fleet requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For aviation training, the airline has formed partnerships with two international schools: AeroGuard Flight Training Center (located in Phoenix, Chandler, and Austin) and L3Harris Group (operating in the US and UK).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/12\/Air-India_Cabin-Crew-and-Pilots-Uniforms-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"Tata-owned Air India Group (AI) has announced the launch of Fly High, the cadet program for pilots. \" class=\"wp-image-53085\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Photo: Air India<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-eligibility-criteria-for-the-air-india-cadet-program\">Eligibility Criteria for the Air India Cadet Program:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Citizenship requirement: Must be a citizen of India.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Age Eligibility: Applicants must be between <strong>18 to 30 years old<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Language proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Health criteria: Candidates should be in good physical and mental health.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Height requirement: A minimum height of 158 cm is necessary.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medical test: Candidates must successfully clear a medical test (DGCA Class 1 Medical) before commencing flight training.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Educational Qualifications: High School Education Certificate (National Institute of Open Schooling is also accepted) with a minimum of 60% in 10+2, including 60% marks in each of the following subjects: English, Mathematics, and Physics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pilot-remarks\">Pilot Remarks<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cWhat inspired me to become a pilot was the allure of conquering the skies, the passion for aviation, and the joy of connecting people and places through the art of flying.
