This is particularly evident given the entirety of the complainant&#8217;s case in the consumer complaint, along with the unchallenged evidence available on record by the Opposite Party. Therefore, the current consumer complaint is deemed deserving of approval,&#8221; stated the order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After reviewing the evidence, the consumer court mandated Air India to provide compensation of<strong> Rs 50,000<\/strong> for the mental agony and harassment endured by the complainants. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the court directed the airline to pay an extra <strong>Rs 10,000<\/strong> as litigation costs to the affected couple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stay tuned with us.
