Starting in June and October, American will introduce new services from Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW)<\/a> to Veracruz, Mexico (VER), and Brisbane<\/a>, Australia (BNE), respectively. Brian Znotins, American\u2019s Senior Vice President of Network and Schedule Planning, expressed excitement about expanding the international network, providing customers with more options to escape the winter chill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He highlighted the partnership with Qantas (QF)<\/a>, offering an extensive network connecting the United States and the South Pacific for a broader range of travel possibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For AAdvantage\u00ae members, exploring these new destinations becomes even more gratifying, with opportunities to earn miles and Loyalty Points extending beyond just flying.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In October, American Airlines will introduce the inaugural service between DFW and BNE, marking the first-ever connection between the two airports. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Longest American Route<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Upon the commencement of American’s seasonal service, the DFW-BNE route will become the longest nonstop flight in the airline’s network. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To enhance the premium experience, customers can enjoy added comfort on American’s newly designed Boeing 787-9 aircraft<\/a>, featuring 51 Flagship Suite\u00ae seats and 32 Premium Economy seats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The ongoing partnership between American and Qantas ensures a comprehensive network connecting North America and Australia and New Zealand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the upcoming winter season, the collaboration will offer services from Los Angeles (LAX), San Francisco (SFO), New York (JFK), and Vancouver, Canada (YVR) to four major gateways in Australia and New Zealand: Auckland (AKL), Brisbane (BNE), Melbourne (MEL), and Sydney (SYD). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of this alliance, customers will have access to over 200 destinations across the U.S. and nearly 70 destinations spanning Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific, establishing it as the most extensive partnership in terms of destinations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Flights to Brazil<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Commencing on October 27, American Airlines is set to initiate service between DFW and GIG. This addition, coupled with existing service from Miami (MIA) and expanded service from New York (JFK), will provide customers with the option of up to four daily flights, facilitating visits to remarkable landmarks and world-renowned beaches in Brazil<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the upcoming winter season, American will surpass all other airlines combined in offering the highest number of daily flights to GIG from the U.S.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Furthermore, American will reinstate service between DFW and KOA on October 27. Running alongside existing service to Honolulu (HNL) and expanded service to Kahului (OGG), customers will have the choice of up to five daily flights from DFW to Hawaii. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

More Flights to Mexico<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

For travelers seeking serene beaches or an exploration of diverse cultures, American Airlines plans to increase its flight offerings to the Caribbean and Mexico this summer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Commencing in June, American will launch flights to VER, expanding its services to over 55 peak-day departures from DFW to Mexico. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nationally, American aims to provide over 105 peak-day flights to Mexico in 2024, surpassing all other U.S. airlines in terms of quantity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
