DELHI-<\/strong> Tata-owned Air India (AI)<\/a> passenger Shreyti Garg shared her disappointing experience during a flight from Delhi (DEL)<\/a> to Toronto (YYZ) in a recent Instagram post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a video, the content creator depicted a concerning situation where the in-flight entertainment and lights for three seats were non-functional, leaving Garg and her family in the dark, both literally and figuratively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Garg, who was accompanied by her two young children (2.5 years and 7 months), expressed her dissatisfaction with the subpar conditions despite paying a hefty sum of Rs 4.5 lakh<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her Instagram post highlighted various issues, including broken seats and a complete malfunction of the entertainment system. Garg also detailed a safety concern regarding a broken seat handle with protruding wires, posing a potential threat to her toddler. However, she did not have a photo or footage of the specific issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cUnfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of the broken seat handle and literally had to protect my toddler from getting hurt as all the wires were coming out of the system,\u201d she wrote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
