MUMBAI-<\/strong> Air India (AI)<\/a>, the prominent global airline of India, is set to initiate a direct and daily service between Mumbai (BOM)<\/a> and Bhuj BHJ) starting from March 1, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This new offering by Air India aims to fulfill a longstanding demand among local residents for a comfortable and convenient connection between these two cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Air India Mumbai to Bhuj<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Operated by a single-aisle aircraft from the Airbus A320<\/a> family, the outbound flight AI601<\/strong> will depart from Mumbai at 07:05 hrs, reaching Bhuj at 08:20 hrs. The return leg, flight AI602, will take off from Bhuj at 08:55 hrs, touching down in Mumbai at 10:10 hrs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to catering to domestic travel needs, this new service will serve as a gateway for convenient international connections. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Passengers can seamlessly connect to destinations in the UK, North America<\/a>, Dubai<\/a>, and Singapore<\/a>. Moreover, it will facilitate connections to approximately 20 cities within the domestic sector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bookings for these flights are now open through various channels, including Air India’s official website (www.airindia.com<\/a>), mobile app, and travel agents, including online travel agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A350 Domestic Routes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

 Air India<\/a> has officially declared that its new Airbus A350<\/a>, marking India\u2019s debut with this aircraft type, is set to commence commercial operations on January 22, 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a celebratory gesture for the New Year, the airline has initiated bookings for flights operated by the A350, extending the opportunity for travel enthusiasts from Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Mumbai<\/strong> to relish the unmatched comfort and cutting-edge technology featured in Air India\u2019s distinctive new livery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While the initial deployment of the aircraft on domestic routes serves crew familiarization and regulatory compliance purposes, it signifies a significant step in Air India\u2019s transformative journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subsequently, the A350 will embark on longer-haul journeys, connecting destinations across various continents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On December 23, 2023, Air India officially welcomed its initial Airbus A350-900 aircraft, registered as VT-JRA<\/strong>, at IGI Airport in Delhi (DEL)<\/a>. The aircraft had flown in from the Airbus facility in Toulouse, France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This significant event marked the introduction of the first widebody aircraft from Air India\u2019s remarkable order of 470 aircraft, set to arrive at the rate of one new aircraft every six days throughout 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
