NEW YORK-<\/strong> Air France (AF)<\/a> updated its service schedule for the Paris CDG<\/a> \u2013 New York JFK <\/a>route this week during the Northern Summer 2024 season.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The introduction of the 6th daily AF012\/011 service is now planned for May 20, 2024, as opposed to the initially filed date of March 31, 2024. Air France utilizes a combination of Airbus A350-900XWB<\/a> and Boeing 777-200ER\/-300ER aircraft<\/a> for operations on this route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

New Routes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Following a summer season characterized by robust demand, particularly for long-distance travel, Air France (AF)<\/a> is pressing ahead to reestablish and enlarge its worldwide network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Throughout the upcoming winter season, spanning from November 2023 to March 2024, the airline is set to serve 167 destinations<\/strong>, encompassing 84 long-distance and 83 medium-haul destinations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notably, Air France will be operating at nearly the same capacity levels as winter 2019, reaching approximately 98% of the available seat kilometers on long-haul flights that were available in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the winter of 2023-2024, Air France is set to significantly expand it<\/p>\n\n\n\n

s capacities to North America, reflecting a 20% increase compared to 2019 levels. The airline will operate up to 212 weekly flights, serving 20 destinations in the United States<\/a>, Canada<\/a>, and Mexico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notably, Air France is adding Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina, to its network starting from October 30, 2023, with three weekly flights utilizing Boeing 787-9 aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
