The airline offers direct flights between Gwalior and Hyderabad, with convenient booking options on its mobile app, website, and various major booking channels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discussing the launch of operations, Aloke Singh, Managing Director of Air India Express, remarked, “Following the successful establishment of connections between Indore and Dubai\/Sharjah, we are delighted to extend our reach to Gwalior, marking our second station in Madhya Pradesh. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our commitment to elevating the travel experience is exemplified through a comprehensive offering encompassing delightful Gourmair hot meals, an in-flight entertainment hub – AirFlix, and comfortable seating reflecting the essence of unique Indian warmth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition to offering direct connectivity to Hyderabad, Air India Express plans to link Gwalior with other destinations on its network, including Amritsar, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, Kolkata, and Visakhapatnam, with convenient one-stop itineraries, as highlighted by airline officials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Air India Express HQ<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To facilitate this consolidation, the relocation process for our staff is now underway in a phased manner. Initially, managers and those in higher positions are expected to shift by December 2023, establishing their base location in Gurugram.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other roles are required to complete their move to Gurugram no later than March 31, 2024, as indicated in the email seen by DH<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Approximately 1,200 employees spread across the three locations are expected to undergo relocation, with around 600 in Bengaluru, 300 in Kochi, and another 300 in Mumbai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to insider information, around 20-25 individuals at CXO levels will need to move by December, approximately 400 at mid-level management by January, February 2024, and the remaining 800 by March 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The relatively short notice for relocation has understandably caused some discontent. Insiders report that a considerable number of affected employees, representing a majority of the headcount in various cities, are contemplating leaving the company instead of relocating.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
