TOKYO-<\/strong> In October, All Nippon Airways (ANA)<\/a>, Japan’s prestigious 5-star airline for ten consecutive years, commemorates its 25-year history of facilitating travel between Japan <\/a>and the vibrant destination of Honolulu, Hawaii<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since its maiden flight in 1998, ANA has been honored to serve millions of travelers on numerous flights along this route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ANA Hawaii 25 Years of Connectivity<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To cater to the growing passenger demand for flights to Hawaii, ANA will introduce a third Airbus A380 aircraft<\/a> on routes between Tokyo and Honolulu. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Recognized as the “FLYING HONU” due to its vibrant liveries reminiscent of the Hawaiian sea turtle, or Honu, this aircraft boasts a seating capacity of 520 passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ANA’s inaugural “FLYING HONU” touched down in Honolulu in 2019, and there are now two such aircraft serving the Honolulu route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The maiden flight for the third “FLYING HONU” bound for Honolulu is slated to arrive on October 20 and return to Narita, Tokyo, on the same day. This addition underscores ANA’s commitment to meeting the changing preferences of its passengers while maintaining a strong focus on safety, comfort, and top-tier service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Effective December 6, ANA will boost the daily flights between Tokyo <\/a>and Honolulu from two to three, with one departing from Haneda, Tokyo, and two from Narita, Tokyo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This enhancement will establish a new record for seat capacity on this route, totaling 18,004 seats, surpassing pre-COVID levels, and providing a remarkable three daily flights, equivalent to 42 flights per week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
