SAN FRANCISCO-<\/strong> The Chicago-bound United Airlines (UA)<\/a> has changed several aircraft from San Francisco International Airport (SFO)<\/a> on certain routes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

United Airlines manages a fleet of 922 aircraft, positioning it as the third-largest commercial airline fleet globally. The fleet predominantly comprises a combination of Airbus <\/a>and Boeing <\/a>narrowbody aircraft, alongside exclusively Boeing widebody aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

United Airlines SFO-LHR Aircraft Changes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

In the upcoming summer season of 2024, United Airlines will be making aircraft adjustments to its San Francisco to London Heathrow route, as indicated in the recent schedule update. From May 23, 2024, until September 2, 2024, one of the three daily flights on this route will be operated by a Boeing 777-300ER aircraft under the flight number UA930\/939, replacing the previously planned 787-9 aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This aircraft change was incorporated into the schedule update that occurred during the weekend of October 13, 2023 and is reported by Aeroroutes<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
