NEW YORK-<\/strong> Delta Air Lines (DL)<\/a> is continuously monitoring the security situation in Israel <\/a>to determine any necessary cancellations or changes to its flight schedule to Tel Aviv (TLV)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Airlines’ thoughts are with all those affected, and its team is diligently working to provide safe alternatives for customers traveling to or from Tel Aviv.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Delta Tel Aviv Flights Update<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

As of October 11, the following measures are being implemented:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Waiver Extension and Refunds<\/strong> We have extended our waiver for all customers who have existing bookings to or from Tel Aviv’s Ben Gurion Airport (TLV). This extension allows them to reschedule their travel on available flights until September 6, 2024. Additionally, this waiver permits eligible customers to initiate their own refund requests through the Fly Delta app, the delta.com website, or by contacting Delta Reservations for refund assistance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Customer Cancellation Notifications<\/strong> Delta has decided to cancel all of our flights to and from TLV through October 31. Customers with affected bookings will receive notifications regarding these cancellations through the Fly Delta app and the contact information provided in their reservations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

Booking Suspension for Certain Routes<\/strong> While booking is temporarily suspended for TLV flights to\/from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) and Boston Logan International Airport (BOS), customers can still make reservations for flights between New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and TLV for travel dates starting from November 1 and beyond. Please note that seats on Delta’s partner airlines can be booked through Delta.com and Delta Reservations when they are available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
