TORONTO-<\/strong> Porter Airlines (PD)<\/a> is introducing its inaugural two destinations in California<\/a>, marking its debut in the western United States (US).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These routes will offer daily roundtrip service, connecting Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)<\/a> and San Francisco International Airport (SFO)<\/a> to Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Porter Two New US Destinations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

These newly established routes will be served by the Embraer E195-E2<\/a> aircraft, configured with 132 all-economy seats in a two-by-two layout, ensuring that there are no middle seats on any Porter flight. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Passengers are treated to a premium experience within the economy class, including complimentary high-speed WiFi for streaming movies and shows, along with continuous connectivity throughout the flight. All passengers can enjoy a variety of premium snacks, as well as complimentary beer and wine served in glassware.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For travelers seeking additional comforts, extra legroom seats, premium pre-mixed cocktails, and fresh, healthy meal options are available as part of the all-inclusive PorterReserve fares or as separate purchases with PorterClassic fares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The E195-E2 aircraft is notable for its remarkable environmental friendliness, being 65% quieter and up to 25% more fuel-efficient than earlier-generation technology. It boasts the lowest fuel consumption per seat and per trip among 120- to 150-seat aircraft, making it the quietest single-aisle jet currently in operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Porter Airlines strongly emphasizes menu design in line with its sustainability commitment. Efforts include a focus on reducing and ultimately eliminating single-use plastics onboard, providing biodegradable cups and cutlery, and using eco-friendly packaging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
