{"id":47476,"date":"2023-10-02T20:44:28","date_gmt":"2023-10-02T15:14:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?p=47476"},"modified":"2024-01-27T23:26:32","modified_gmt":"2024-01-27T17:56:32","slug":"delta-restarts-aeromexico-codeshare-and-more","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/index.php\/2023\/10\/02\/delta-restarts-aeromexico-codeshare-and-more\/","title":{"rendered":"Delta Restarts Aeromexico Codeshare with New Approval and More"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>ATLANTA-<\/strong> On October 1st, 2023,<a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=Delta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Delta Air Lines (DL)<\/a> reestablished its bilateral codeshare collaboration with Skyteam partner <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=Aeromexico\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Aeromexico (AM)<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This decision came in the wake of the US <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=FAA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Federal Aviation Administration&#8217;s (FAA) <\/a>reinstatement of a Category 1 safety rating for Mexico in early September. The airline will introduce Boeing 737 MAX 9 aircraft with 181 seats starting from November 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These will replace the current 160-seater 737-800 or 166-seater<a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=Boeing+737+MAX\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> Boeing 737 MAX 8<\/a> aircraft. The 737 MAX 9 aircraft is scheduled to operate on selected routes until mid-January 2024. Here are some of the affected routes and their respective dates of change:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Mexico City to Chicago O&#8217;Hare: Effective from November 16, 2023, to January 14, 2024, with two daily flights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mexico City to Denver: Effective from November 1, 2023, to November 30, 2023, with one daily flight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mexico City to Las Vegas: Effective from November 1, 2023, to November 30, 2023, with one daily flight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mexico City to Los Angeles: Effective from December 14, 2023, to January 14, 2024, with one daily flight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mexico City to Miami: Effective from December 1, 2023, to January 14, 2024, with four to five daily flights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mexico City to Orlando: Effective from December 1, 2023, to January 14, 2024, with four to five daily flights.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mexico City to San Francisco: Effective from November 16, 2023, to November 30, 2023, with one daily flight.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Stay tuned with us.
