Air India codeshare service on this route had previously been scheduled until April 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both Air India and Avianca are parts of one of the world&#8217;s largest airline alliances, Star Alliance. (Airways of the American Continent), is the largest airline in Colombia. Since its initial registration on <strong>December 5, 1919,<\/strong> under the name <strong>SCADTA<\/strong>, it has served as the national airline of Colombia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The government mandates Colombian airlines to submit applications for new services before commencing operations. The inclusion of a route on this list does not guarantee its implementation. But it does indicate interest from the airlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It will be fascinating to observe which routes they ultimately choose to operate.
