DUBAI-<\/strong> The flag carrier of UAE, Emirates (EK)<\/a>, has introduced three additional flights to Riyadh to accommodate the surge in travelers during the Saudi Arabia National Day weekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These extra flights, thoughtfully timed to allow travelers to enjoy the festivities fully, will depart from Dubai International Airport on September 20, September 21, and September 24. All of these flights will be operated using Boeing 777 aircraft<\/a> and will complement Emirates’ existing flight schedule to the Kingdom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emirates Increases Riyadh Flights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Emirates offers travelers from the Kingdom connections to over 140 destinations worldwide through its Dubai <\/a>hub. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

These connections span North America, Southern Africa, and Europe. Known for its comprehensive onboard services, Emirates provides passengers with regional gourmet meals and access to a vast entertainment selection, including over 6,500 on-demand entertainment channels, including more than 135 hours of exclusive Shahid Original content, available through the ice entertainment system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emirates has been serving the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia<\/a> since 1989, operating flights to four key gateways: Riyadh, Jeddah, Medina, and Dammam, with a total of 67 flights each week. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airline’s ongoing commitment to Saudi Arabia was demonstrated through its sponsorship of the King Salman Cup 2023 earlier in the summer, highlighting its dedication to football and its support for the fanbase of the top-tier regional clubs from across the Arab World.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All A380 Flights to Australia<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Emirates (EK) Airlines<\/a> plans to restart its Dubai-Adelaide, Australia<\/a> flights with its brand-new Airbus A350<\/a> in the summer of 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In line with its commitment to expand its route network and enhance customer access, Emirates has revealed its plans to upgrade its services to Sydney by transitioning to an all-A380 <\/a>operation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting from November 4, 2023, Emirates will utilize its double-decker A380 aircraft on its third daily flight to Sydney. Thereby adding nearly 2,000 extra weekly seats to the route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Emirates A380 service, configured with three classes and offering 489 seats, will replace the Boeing 777-300ER<\/a> that is currently in use for flights EK 416 and 417.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Emirates currently operates 63 weekly services to Australia, providing nearly 56,000 seats across its four major gateways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Melbourne and Sydney enjoy three daily flights and Brisbane benefits from double daily flights. Subsequently, Perth is served with the flagship A380 aircraft on a daily basis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
