One flight was scheduled to land at Salt Lake City Airport (SLC), while the other took off from SLC. Kennedy Airport (JFK) <\/a>in <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=New+York\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">New York<\/a>. For additional details, kindly refer to the airline&#8217;s official communication, wrote FAA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aircraft involved in the incident is a Boeing 757-200, registered as <strong>N548US<\/strong>. Eisenhower National Airport (ICT) at approximately 8:25 p.m. local time. The flight crew alerted about a potential pressurization concern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Boeing 737-800 aircraft registered as <strong>N3744F <\/strong>was en route from Memphis (MEM) to Salt Lake City. Approximately 40 miles northeast of Atlanta, the aircraft encountered a bout of severe turbulence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Out of the total 151 passengers and 14 crew members on board, 11 individuals sustained injuries as a result.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These injured individuals were promptly transported to a local hospital for medical evaluation.
