The delivery of these Apache helicopters to the Air Force concluded in 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boeing India President, Salil Gupte, expressed satisfaction, stating, <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;This milestone underscores Boeing&#8217;s resolute dedication to bolstering India&#8217;s defense capabilities. Subsequently, this will undergo final assembly by BDS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Korean Air\u2019s impressive track record and expertise in helicopter manufacturing have earned widespread recognition. Further, the airline holds the distinction of being the first manufacturer of the 500MD helicopter in Korea.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From 1977 to 1988, Korean Air produced and sold 309 500MD helicopters to the military, public institutions, and private companies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consequently, the company has successfully produced and exported 516 500MD fuselages. Further, it has recently accomplished an unmanned 500MD project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Manufacturing helicopter fuselages demands advanced and specialized technology.
