Within this quarter, we secured a fresh order for 500 aircraft, expanding our existing order book to 1,000 aircraft and reinforcing our strategic stance for future expansion&#8221;.<\/p>\n<cite>commented Pieter Elbers, CEO of IndiGo<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>IndiGo announced a record-breaking total quarterly revenue of Rs 17,160.9 crore. This feat was earlier achieved by another Indian carrier,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=Air+India\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Air India (AI)<\/a>,&nbsp;when it placed 470 aircraft orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Airbus\u2019 June 2023 statistics, IndiGo Airlines have a firm order for 500 A320 family aircraft. This includes&nbsp;125 Airbus A320neo and 375 A321neo. Subsequently, Airbus will finalize the split between A320neo and A321neo in the later stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, the A321neo also includes A321LR and A321XLR.
