VERONA, ITALY-<\/strong> Italian carrier Neos Air (NO) announces its plans to start flights between Amritsar (ATQ)<\/a>, India, and Verona (VRN), Italy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the source, the airline will initially start flights using the 186-seater Boeing 737 MAX<\/a> fleet. Later it can deploy its Boeing 787 Dreamliner<\/a> to serve this sector based on travel demand.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neos Air Amritsar Verona Flights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The 20-year-old carrier will operate one weekly flight between two cities. Due to the range limitations of the 737 MAX, the airline will require to add the fuel stop at Tbilisi (TBS)<\/strong>, Georgia. Further, the fuel stop will require the planes to remain on the ground for 50 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neos Air will operate a flight from VRN to ATQ on Tuesday and a return flight from ATQ to VRN on Wednesday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airline headquartered in Milan Malpensa (MXP) will commence these flights from November 1, 2023 onwards. Furthermore, Amritsar is the only Indian city in which Neos Air operates its flights<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The one-way ticket fare from Amritsar to Verona is starting at $563<\/strong> or roughly 46,300 Indian rupees [Rs]. While the one-way ticket fare from Verona to Amritsar is starting from $348<\/strong> or roughly 29,600 Rs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Currently, the airline only provides economy class seats and has segregated them into three sections, Economy PROMO, RELAX, and FREEDOM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About Neos Air<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

NEOS, established in June 2001 with a steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality air transport services both in the air and on the ground, obtained its Air Carrier Certificate from the National Civil Aviation Body (ENAC) on March 7, 2002. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airline also operates training programs for pilots and flight assistants on Boeing 737-800 and 787-9 at its headquarters, holding the TRTO certificate granted in September 2002. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

NEOS maintains bases at Milan Malpensa, Verona, and Bologna airports, operating daily regular and charter flights from each of these locations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
