Further, the company bought the prototype from Canadian Bombardier and renamed them as A220s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The earlier version of A220s are named Bombardier CS100 and CS300 jets. These sites are located in Mirabel, Quebec, Canada, and another one in Mobile, Alabama, USA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Second, they now have five times more operators than ever before. Subsequently, some of the renowned A220 operators are <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=Delta\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Delta Air Lines (DL)<\/a>,  airBaltic (BT), <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=Air+Canada\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Air Canada (AC)<\/a>, Swiss International Airlines (LX), and <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=Air+France\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Air France (AF)<\/a>. These aircraft are specifically designed to cater to the market of 100 to 150 seats. Further providing a seamless addition to Airbus&#8217; highly popular A320neo family, offering optimal synergy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guillaume Faury, President of Airbus Commercial Aircraft, expressed great anticipation for this significant milestone. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He stated, &#8220;Everyone at Airbus has eagerly awaited this historic moment.
