Further, it is diverted to Nadi International Airport (NAN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Qantas QF93 is the daily flight from MEL to LAX. Shortly after takeoff, the flight Squawk 7700 meant a general emergency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The flight is currently over the south pacific ocean. Subsequently, it is diverted to Nadi Airport (NAN) in Fiji. The exact reason for the emergency is unknown; we will update you once we have more information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As we are writing, the flight is en route to NAN and is expected to land shortly. Further, it is the most tracked flight on Flight Radar 24.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aircraft involved in the incident is Qantas Boeing 787-9, registered as VH-ZNM. Further, it is a 2.8-year-old aircraft; QF took delivery of it recently this month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>This is the developing story; keep checking back for the latest updates.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>UPDATE 1: The flight has again airborne. The aircraft took off from NAN at 4:15 PM UTC. Further covering the approximately 6,000 km distance between the two important cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The VS Airbus A330 is seen returning back to London and is expected to land shortly. The aircraft returned to LHR due to high engine vibrations leading to engine problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aircraft involved in the incident is Airbus A330-343 G-VKSS.
