Kennedy International Airport is an ambitious and thrilling project aimed at creating a world-class international terminal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It will serve as a cornerstone terminal in the Port Authority&#8217;s extensive $19 billion revitalization plan for JFK. Further transforming it into a premier global gateway to the New York metropolitan area and the entire United States. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>NTO is committed to setting a new standard for design and service, aspiring to achieve a Top 5 Skytrax ranking. Subsequently, it is recognized as one of the finest airport terminals globally. With a budget of over $9 billion, the project&#8217;s first phase represents the largest single-asset project financing in the history of the United States.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The construction of The New Terminal One will take place on the current sites occupied by Terminal 1. The recently closed Terminal 2 and the former Terminal 3. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It will serve as the anchor terminal on JFK&#8217;s south side and will be implemented in multiple phases. The first phase is scheduled for completion in 2026. Further, it will feature new arrivals, departures halls, and the initial set of 14 new gates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Upon its anticipated completion in 2030, The New Terminal One will encompass an impressive 2.4 million square feet.
