As per the Merger Agreement between JetBlue Airways Corporation (\u201cJetBlue\u201d)<\/a> (NASDAQ: JBLU), Sundown Acquisition Corp., and Spirit Airlines, Inc. (\u201cSpirit\u201d) (NYSE: SAVE), JetBlue has announced May 24, 2023, as the record date for the May 2023 pre payment to Spirit stockholders of $0.10 per Spirit share (the \u201cMay 2023 Additional Prepayment\u201d). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With payment scheduled on May 31, 2023. Subsequently, as previously stated, the May 2023 Additional Prepayment is set for the Spirit stockholders as of May 24, 2023, the record date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
