Furthermore, introducing reusable linen bags on board is one of the methods taken to accomplish the feat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Air India announced on Earth Day that it has succeeded in reducing single-use plastic usage by around <strong>80%<\/strong> on all flights across its global network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This progress has been made since Air India&#8217;s privatization. Nonetheless, it results from an ongoing effort led by an in-house team of experts and supported by catering partners and multiple vendors. Furthermore, it wants to explore other ways to reduce single-use plastic consumption.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The airline remains committed to integrating environmental and social principles into its business practices.
