Air Arabia has stated that all flights to Sudan &#8220;have been suspended until further notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.emirates.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Emirates <\/a>can confirm that all of its flights to and from Khartoum are canceled from April 15 to 17, inclusive, due to the escalating scenario of civil disturbance in the capital of Sudan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There will be no acceptance of passengers for travel at their point of origin if they are connecting to Khartoum on these flights. The Flydubai spokesman continued, &#8220;We apologize for disrupting our passengers&#8217; travel plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to reports, when battles with the army broke out in an intensifying power struggle, Sudan&#8217;s paramilitary Rapid Support Forces (RSF) took possession of the presidential palace, the army chief&#8217;s home, and KRT on Saturday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The western city of El-Obeid and the northern city of Merowe both have airports that have been taken control of, according to a statement from the RSF.
