Akasa Air (QP) collaborates with Blue Ribbon Bags (BRB), the global leader in delayed luggage protection services, to provide delayed baggage protection services to its passengers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Akasa Air’s New Collaboration<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

This add-on service, which costs INR 95 per passenger, provides compensation of Rs. 19,000 per bag (up to two bags). Further, if the check-in bag is delayed or lost for more than 96 hours after the complaint is filed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The service will also provide Akasa Air customers with real-time status updates. I.e., the status of their delayed luggage via email and SMS, assisting them in tracking and expediting the return of their delayed luggage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Blue Ribbon Bags said that they are pleased to collaborate with Akasa Air, India’s newest airline, to provide this service to their customers who expect a trouble-free flight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Belson Coutinho, Co-Founder and CMO at Akasa Air commented on the partnership. He said, “We recognize that baggage delivery is not only a top-of-mind factor for travelers, but it is also an extremely important service area for us at Akasa.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Akasa Air now serves 17 cities with over 900 weekly flights<\/strong> throughout India.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
