MUMBAI\u2013 April 11, 2023<\/strong>, Leading Middle East carrier Etihad Airways (EY) will operate daily flights between Abu Dhabi and Toronto. The airline announced today that it would increase flight frequency between the two cities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The move came amid the recent partnership between Canada and UAE to improve air connectivity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Starting May 30, Etihad Airways will increase its weekly flights between Abu Dhabi and Toronto by one, making it a total of seven flights per week. The aim is to provide travellers with a daily connection in addition to the current six weekly flights.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arik De, the Chief Revenue Officer at Etihad Airways, expressed his excitement for the airline’s upcoming daily flight between Abu Dhabi and Toronto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He noted that this route had been one of their busiest in 2023. Furthermore, a strong recovery in travel demand between the UAE and Canada can help both countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Mr De, the new daily service will provide a convenient option for business and leisure travellers, the Canadian diaspora, and students from the UAE who are enrolled in Canadian universities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He also expressed gratitude towards the government and civil aviation authorities for supporting the strengthening of air links between the two countries, which are crucial for tourism, trade, and bilateral relations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
