Menzies Aviation, b<\/strong>ased in London, has chosen Wipro Limited, managed by Azim Premji, to revamp its air cargo services, <\/strong>the IT giant announced on Thursday. The change is intended to boost Menzies’ operational effectiveness, staff satisfaction, and customer service.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the release, the nation’s top IT provider <\/strong>will use this to herald the British aviation giant’s transition of its cargo technology through increasing automation.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

In order to control the expansion of its services and the adoption of new technology, Menzies Aviation and Wipro have partnered <\/em>to make the British company the world’s top cargo handler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The action is expected to increase competition while maintaining the interests of the stakeholders in the forefront.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wipro’s freight handling was designed with cloud-native technology to meet Menzies’ needs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In order to promote transparency and enable real-time tracking, it will also support scanning technologies for freight and documentation<\/em> while seamlessly interacting with clients’ operating systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

By the end of 2023, Menzies will begin implementing the Wipro product at five air cargo hubs:\n Macau in China; Wellington, Christchurch, and Auckland in New Zealand; and Bucharest in Romania<\/strong>. \n\nBy the end of 2024, Menzies hopes to have fully integrated the Wipro product throughout its entire network.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n
