With the delivery of one aircraft every 15 days, the airline has grown to a <strong>fleet size of 17 aircraft.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to make travel in India more accessible, Akasa Air has been gradually growing its network across the nation by adding routes to Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The company recently received its 17th aircraft and plans to have an 18-plane fleet by the end of March. Bangalore is unique to us in many ways, and we are proud of the increased connectivity we can provide from the city.&#8221;<\/em><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><em>&#8220;As we prepare our next phase of expansion to meet India&#8217;s growing domestic and international travel demands, we stay committed to our goal of connecting people, cultures, and cities, complemented by our friendly, efficient, and inclusive customer service,&#8221;<\/em> he said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Six months after its launch, the airline has over 700 weekly flights to 14 domestic cities, including Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai, Cochin, Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Agartala, Goa, Vizag, Pune, Lucknow, Hyderabad, and Varanasi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Akasa Air is Bengaluru&#8217;s third largest domestic carrier<\/strong>, with 36 daily flights. The airline has flown a total of 0.5 million passengers from the city, accounting for 70% of all passengers flown across its network to date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
