Uttar Pradesh\u2019s Chitrakoot is set to get its first tabletop airport. <\/strong>The development comes at a time when the town is witnessing a surge in the number of tourists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The state’s first tabletop airport, which cost 146 crore rupees to build, is already complete. Chief Minister Yoi Adityanath lauded the airport’s location in the hills for its attractiveness. The Airport Authority of India will be in charge of managing this, which would be Bundelkhand’s first operational airport (AAI).<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A 20-seater aircraft will also begin flying from here as part of the UDAN programme once it has obtained the necessary licence from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). Since September 2019, the main attraction for tourists visiting Chitrakoot has been the ropeway. Chitrakoot is accessible by air and by car via the Bundelkhand Expressway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Vindhya hills’ Chitrakoot, the holy place where Lord Shri Ram spent the majority of his exile (about 11 years), has begun drawing visitors from all over the world due to its rich history and natural beauty.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A number of tourist attractions in Chitrakoot, including the Gupt Godavari, Kamadgiri Parvat, Bharatkup, Ganeshbagh, Sati Anusuiya Ashram, Rajapur, Dharkudi, Jankikund, Ramghat, and Bharat Milap Temple, as well as the Hanuman stream, Sphatik Shila, and the Chitrakoot waterfall, are reminiscent of Lord Ram’s<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The digital Ramayana exhibition and the laser display on the water screen, which cost Rs 5.29 crore in total, have been finished by the Council. The Ramayana Conclave in Chitrakoot hosts ramlila theatres, art contests, and other events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ranipur To Become A Tiger Reserve<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ranipur will soon be created as the state’s fourth tiger reserve, according to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, who made the announcement on July 29 in honour of International Tiger Day-2022. Ranipur is situated in a region where dacoits’ firearms formerly boomed.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
