Air India\u2019s recently appointed CMD Campbell Wilson has requested the airline\u2019s built-in operations management center (IOCC), which is the \u201cnerve center\u201d of any service, to report to him and provide suggestions on the way to enhance the on-time efficiency.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
