A meeting by management was called today at Mumbai Base regarding Technicians’ mass sick leave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to the source, the meeting didn’t go in favor of technicians, and Management put forward the following points,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. The airline directly refused any increment in their salary<\/li>
  2. The airline has warned and given 12 hours Ultimatum to report for duty at their respective base or get ready to face the Sack.<\/li>
  3. Go First is already hiring internally despite having an official career site.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Technicians are in great fear and only want sufficient pay for their hard work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Go first technicians supported the Indigo Technicians\u2019<\/a><\/em> mass sick leave protest against Low salaries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Technicians have reported mass sick leave at the Delhi base on the 10th of July.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The sick leave continued for 3 days on the majority of bases to protest against airlines’ unfair pay structure and work without pay policy in name of the COVID 19 pandemic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
