During cruise at FL230, P2 side windshield outer pane cracked. Pressurization was observed to be normal. The aircraft landed safely at <a href=\"https:\/\/csmia.adaniairports.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\">Mumbai international airport<\/a>.&#8221;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"640\" height=\"380\" src=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/spicejet_59073.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22234\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/spicejet_59073.jpg 640w, https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/spicejet_59073-600x356.jpg 600w, https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/07\/spicejet_59073-300x178.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><figcaption><strong>SpiceJet | Aviationa2z.com<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-spicejet-s-delhi-dubai-flight\">SpiceJet\u2019s Delhi-Dubai flight<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier in the day, SpiceJet\u2019s Delhi-Dubai flight was diverted to Karachi as the fuel indicator began malfunctioning, officials of the aviation regulator <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dgca.gov.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\"> Directorate General of Civil Aviation<\/a> (DGCA) stated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>This is at least the sixth incident of technical malfunction happening on SpiceJet aircraft in the last seventh days.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dgca.gov.in\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Directorate General of Civil Aviation<\/a> (DGCA) is investigating Tuesday&#8217;s incident, along with the previous 5 incidents, the officials reported.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The Boeing 737 Max aircraft &#8212; which was heading from Delhi to Dubai &#8212; began showing remarkable fuel quantity reduction from its left tank when it was mid-air, they told. Therefore, the plane was delayed to Karachi, they reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>When an inspection was accomplished at the Karachi airport, no visual leak was observed from the left tank, said.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-pakistan-civil-aviation-authority\">Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>An official of the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCCA) revealed that the SpiceJet aircraft has made an emergency landing at the Karachi airport after developing a technical fault after it departed New Delhi for Dubai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe pilot of flight no SG 11 contacted the control tower while flying over Pakistan airspace and told the aircraft had developed some technical fault. He asked for an emergency landing.
