Boeing is conducting a large-scale engineering recruiting drive in order to finish <\/strong>certification processes for several of its forthcoming aircraft and fulfil rising customer demand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hundreds of new engineers are being hired by the Arlington, VA-based company as it works with the Federal Aviation Administration to certify its future Boeing 777X aircraft, <\/strong>as well as the Boeing 737 MAX 10 and MAX 7, the model’s longest and shortest variants, respectively. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Boeing also announced a new $8 million multi-year agreement <\/strong>with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF) to assist the development of future technical talent at Historically Black Colleges and Universities through 2026.<\/strong><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
 Following a $6 million investment by the aerospace giant in 2016, the two companies have formed a partnership. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

A new fast-track hiring initiative for unfilled positions at Boeing locations near partner colleges<\/strong> will be part of it.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
Boeing revealed earlier this year that it plans to hire more than 7,000 engineers globally, up from 4,800 in 2021. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
