Introduction of Akasa Air<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Airline is a Low-cost Carrier funded by the stock master Rakesh Jhunjunwala and its co. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airline will be led by former Jet Airways CEO Vinay Dube and Former Indigo Airlines President Aditya Ghosh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Airline has opted for Boeing 737 Max Aircraft for its fleet due to its performance and now it is considered one of the safest aircraft on the planet after vigorous testing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to them, The Max aircraft will be powered by the highly fuel-efficient CFM LEAP B engine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fleet Update<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To lease Five\u00a0Boeing\u00a0<\/a>737 Aircrafts the Airline has partnered with\u00a0Griffin Global Asset Management<\/a>, \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a commercial aircraft leasing and alternative asset management business with offices in Dublin, Ireland, Puerto Rico, and Los Angeles, USA.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Griffin\u2019s team of aviation professionals works closely with airlines, OEMs, and financiers to deliver customized fleet solutions and innovative financing products to airlines globally.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Griffin Global Asset Management also posted Boeing 737-8 Max Plane on their Twitter account on 9th June<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The airline posted photos of its first Max plane from the Boeing production factory<\/strong> in Portland, Oregon, on Monday as it prepares for delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Following the approval of the Boeing 737 Max by the DGCA in late August of last year,\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Akasa Air inked a contract with Boeing\u00a0<\/strong>on November 26, 2021, to purchase 72 Max jets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
