Know How?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">After getting a revalidated <strong>Air Operator Certificate (AOC)<\/strong> from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation, Jet Airways is ready to fly once more (DGCA). Click and know here!\" class=\"wp-image-20800\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_20220524_163245.jpg 612w, https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_20220524_163245-600x373.jpg 600w, https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/IMG_20220524_163245-300x186.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 612px) 100vw, 612px\" \/><figcaption>credits to ET<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Jet Airways plans to resume commercial flights by September of this year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aircraft and fleet plans, <strong>network, product and customer value proposition, loyalty programme,<\/strong> and other specifics would be revealed in phases over the coming weeks, according to Sanjiv Kapoor, Jet Airways&#8217; recently hired CEO. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-jet-airways-flight-ticket-refund\">JET AIRWAYS FLIGHT TICKET REFUND<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In a filing, Jet Airways reported that there were 5,174 ticket refund claims totaling Rs 3,120 crore. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The airline has <strong>admitted to refunding Rs 2,028 crore <\/strong>of the total claims, while rejecting Rs 1,092 crore. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">When will amount be credited?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"711\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/jet_pti_1557412860.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20798\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/jet_pti_1557412860.jpeg 711w, https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/jet_pti_1557412860-600x338.jpeg 600w, https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/jet_pti_1557412860-300x169.jpeg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 711px) 100vw, 711px\" \/><figcaption>Image courtesy &#8211; travelobiz<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>According to Jet Airways, the payment can be made by the<strong> 175th day after the &#8220;Effective Date<\/strong>&#8221; if the Resolution Plan is accepted. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> The<strong> &#8220;Effective Day&#8221;<\/strong> is the date on which all of the requirements imposed by the <em>National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) have been met.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following are the requirements: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1. Validation of the corporate debtor&#8217;s AOP by the DGCA and the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA),<\/li><li> 2.
