statement.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sumantran is a corporate executive, technocrat, and scholar with a 37-year career spanning the United States, Europe, and Asia, according to the statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>He is the Chairman and Managing Director of Celeris Technologies, a strategic advisory firm specialising in automotive, mobility, digital transformation, and technology, according to the company.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>According to the report, he also sits on the boards of Rane Holdings Limited and TVS Electronics Limited.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>He was the Executive Vice-Chairman of Hinduja Automotive (UK) and Vice Chairman of Ashok Leyland Limited until 2014, according to the
