Maiti, CEO (MiG Complex), HAL, and Mr Yaacov Berkovitz, VP &amp; GM Aviation Group, IAI, signed a formal Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in this regard in Delhi.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Mr. R.
