through the complete certification procedure to reclaim its operating permission, known as the <strong>Air Operator Permit<\/strong>, if the Directorate General of Civil Aviation does <strong><em>not<\/em><\/strong> approve the airline&#8217;s request for an exemption from this process <strong>(AOP)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img establish its ability to fly the trip with officers and operating crew on board&#8221;<\/strong> <\/p><p>said a government official who requested anonymity.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>The waiver request was denied since there is <strong>no distinct provision<\/strong> for renewing a pilot&#8217;s licence, and airlines must follow the existing DGCA procedures throughout the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The plane will have to complete <strong>six proof flights <\/strong>before the regulatory process moves on to the validity flight, which will include passenger application<\/strong>, as was the case with Aqsa, which had asked for a new permission.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>plane&#8217;s pilot&#8217;s licence <\/strong>was revoked in April 2019, just months after it ceased operations owing to financial difficulties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-verse has-text-align-center\"> After the new owner went bankrupt, the airline wants to renew the permission. \n\nTo save money, it requested an exemption from flight evidence.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>Jet Airways&#8217; return to operation will be delayed as a result of the refusal, since the carrier will have to <strong>fly six tested flights <\/strong>with the Boeing 737 NG aircraft before resuming service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img sources, Jet Airways would be <strong>able to restart operations <\/strong>during the summer months, which are the busiest for carriers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <em>&#8220;It will take two to three months for
