Russia may allow third-party corporations to maintain its commercial passenger planes. In the aftermath of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine,<\/strong> aircraft manufacturers such as Boeing and Airbus have discontinued support for Russian airlines. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Russia’s Ministry of Transport<\/strong> has published a draught document that includes steps to help Russian airlines until September 1, 2022. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

“The repair of aircraft and the replacement of its components by third-party companies, if they meet the requirements for maintenance companies<\/strong>.” <\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

  • Airbus, Boeing, Embraer, <\/strong>and Bombardier have all halted support for Russian airlines, including spare part deliveries and aircraft maintenance. <\/li>
  • Airbus and Boeing aircraft make up the majority of the fleets of Russia’s three leading airlines.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Russia’s flag airline, Aeroflot<\/strong>, has a total of 184 aircraft in its fleet, with 115 Airbus planes, 59 Boeing planes, and only 10 Russian planes<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • S7 \u2013 Siberia Airlines has a fleet of 105 aircraft, including
      1. 48 Airbus A320s, <\/li>
      2. 16 Airbus A321s,<\/li>
      3. three Airbus A319s, <\/li>
      4. 21 Boeing 737s,<\/li>
      5. and 17 Embraer ERJ-170 planes.<\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        Russia – Ural Airlines has a fleet of 53 aircraft, all of which are Airbus jets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The United Aircraft Corporation (UAC<\/strong>), a Russian aircraft manufacturer, has been attempting to build and construct its own commercial aircraft in order to be less reliant on international models.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The major projects, on the other hand, are still in the planning stages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
