The Antonov An-225, billed as the world&#8217;s largest airliner, was last seen at <strong>Hostomel Airport (GML).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img February 5, 2022, according to recent flight data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-verse has-text-align-center\">The plane is famous for its massive size. \n\nThree jet engines are mounted on each wing, and the plane has more wheels than a typical plane. \n\nAccording to unsubstantiated sources, the engineering marvel Antonov An-225, <strong>popularly known as Mryia, <\/strong>may have been destroyed during the Ukraine conflict. <\/pre>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>An air assault operation was initiated at <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/hostomelairport.com\">Hostomel Airport<\/a>,<\/strong> the last landing spot for Antonov An-225, according to viral videos on Twitter. <\/p><p>Huge screens of <strong>black smoke<\/strong> can be seen rising from the earth in the footage.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"536\" <\/strong><\/p><p>Because the airport is only 25 kilometres from <strong>Kyiv<\/strong>, some believe Russian soldiers would use it to <strong>transport heavy equipment<\/strong> into the country near
