The construction bids have been finalized, and Vishal Infrastructure, established in Bengaluru, which won the proposal for the runway building, has started work under the control of the AAI.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-airport-authority-of-india\"><strong>Airport Authority of India <\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><em>The AAI-appointed project in demand, Rajeev Kulshreshtha, and three other officials have taken charge. In the project&#8217;s first phase, a 2,250-metre runway for ATR-72 aircraft has to be made.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ayodhya_Airport\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\" target=\"_blank\"> Ayodhya airport<\/a> will be constructed in three phases, for which about 550 acres of land will be needed, earlier Centre sanctioned Rs 250 crore for the construction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ayodhya-airport\">Ayodhya airport <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.narendramodi.in\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Prime Minister Narendra Modi<\/a> was to lay the foundation stone of the project. Even, due to the imposition of the model code of conduct for the Uttar Pradesh Assembly polls on January 8, the ceremony could not be maintained.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>According to officials, the Ayodhya airport will be constructed in three phases, for which around 550 acres of land will be required.
