If travelers under self-health monitoring, develop signs and symptoms suggestive of COVID19, they will immediately self-isolate and report to their nearest health facility or call National helpline number (1075)\/ State Helpline Number.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier, it was mentioned in the guidelines that the report of the international passengers is negative, they will further self-monitor their health for the next 7 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-guidelines-for-international-arrivals-by-union-ministry-of-health\">Guidelines for international arrivals by Union Ministry of Health:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Planning for Travel&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>All travelers should a. Submit complete and factual report in self-declaration form on the online Air Suvidha portal (https:\/\/www.newdelhiairport.in\/airsuvidha\/apho-registration) before the scheduled travel, including last 14 days travel details.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><em>2. Upload a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR report* (The test should have been conducted within 72 hrs before undertaking the travel) or Certificate of completing complete primary vaccination schedule of COVID-19 vaccination.&nbsp;<\/em><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>c. Each passenger shall also submit a declaration concerning the authenticity of the information and will be liable for criminal prosecution if found otherwise. ii. They should also give an undertaking on the portal or otherwise to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.civilaviation.gov.in\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Ministry of Civil Aviation<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.india.gov.in\/my-government\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener sponsored nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">Government of India<\/a>, through concerned airlines before they are permitted to undertake the travel that they would by the decision of the appropriate government authority any post-arrival need to undergo home\/institutional quarantine\/ self-health monitoring, as warranted.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"621\" height=\"414\" src=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/airport3-kjVG-621x414@LiveMint.webp\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-17627\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/airport3-kjVG-621x414@LiveMint.webp 621w, https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/airport3-kjVG-621x414@LiveMint-600x400.webp 600w, https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/02\/airport3-kjVG-621x414@LiveMint-300x200.webp 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 621px) 100vw, 621px\" \/><figcaption><strong>Aviationa2z.com<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Before Boarding&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>iii. Do\u2019s and Don&#8217;ts shall be provided along with tickets to the travelers by the airlines\/agencies concerned.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>iv. Airlines to permit boarding by only those passengers who have filled in all the reports in the Self Declaration Form on the Air Suvidha portal and uploaded the negative RT-PCR test report or Covid -19 vaccination certificate of having completed the primary vaccination schedule.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>v. At the time of boarding the flight, only asymptomatic travelers will be permitted to board after the thermal screening.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>vi. All passengers shall be advised to download the Aarogya Setu app on their mobile devices. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. During Travel&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>vii. In-flight information about COVID-19 including precautionary measures to be followed shall be made at airports and in flights and during transit.&nbsp;<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>viii. During in-flight crew shall ensure that COVID appropriate behavior is followed at all times.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ix. If any passenger reports symptoms of COVID-19 during flight, he\/she shall be isolated as per protocol.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>x. Proper in-flight information should be made by the airlines regarding the testing conditions and people who require to undergo such testing to avoid any congestion at the arrival airports. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. On arrival&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>xi. De-boarding should be done ensuring physical distancing.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"678\" height=\"381\" src=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/aviation-aircraft-airport5-1-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-771\" srcset=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/aviation-aircraft-airport5-1-1.jpg 678w, https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/aviation-aircraft-airport5-1-1-600x337.jpg 600w, https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/aviation-aircraft-airport5-1-1-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 678px) 100vw, 678px\" \/><figcaption><strong>Aviationa2z.com<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>xii. Thermal screening would be carried out in respect of all the passengers by the health officials present at the airport. The self-declaration form filled out online shall be shown to the airport health staff.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>xiii. The passengers found to be symptomatic during screening shall be directly isolated and taken to the medical facility as per health protocol. If tested positive, their contacts shall be identified and managed as per laid down protocol.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>xiv. The next protocol post-arrival shall also be followed a. A sub-section (2% of the complete passengers in the flight) shall undergo random post-arrival testing at the airport on arrival. <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>b. Such travelers in each flight shall be identified by the concerned airlines (preferably from different countries).
