The US <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/index.php\/tag\/faa\/\">Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)<\/a> said it was investigating the contact between the two aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the FAA, Delta Air Lines Flight 7 was taxiing for departure when its left wingtip made contact with the horizontal stabilizer of Air Canada Flight AC 785.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Air Canada aircraft was being towed when it stopped short of its gate, according to the FAA.
