{"id":159566,"date":"2026-10-04T11:05:00","date_gmt":"2026-10-04T05:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?p=159566"},"modified":"2026-10-04T01:29:54","modified_gmt":"2026-10-03T19:59:54","slug":"singapore-airlines-expands-boeing-737-max-network","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/index.php\/2026\/10\/04\/singapore-airlines-expands-boeing-737-max-network\/","title":{"rendered":"Singapore Airlines Flies Its Boeing 737 MAX on These Routes"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>SINGAPORE\u2014<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/index.php\/tag\/singapore-airlines\/\"> Singapore Airlines (SQ)<\/a> is expanding the role of its Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft across its regional network during the Northern Winter 2026\/27 schedule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The carrier will deploy the narrow-body jet on routes linking <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/index.php\/tag\/singapore-changi-airport\/\">Singapore Changi Airport (SIN) <\/a>with destinations across Asia and Australia, including Kathmandu (KTM), Bali (DPS), Cairns (CNS), Manila (MNL) and Ho Chi Minh City (SGN).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Boeing 737-8 MAX is becoming a larger part of Singapore Airlines\u2019 network as the carrier continues to receive additional aircraft. They include Brunei, Busan, Cebu, Chongqing, Cochin, Da Nang, Darwin, Medan, Penang, Phuket, Shenzhen, Siem Reap, Xiamen and Yangon, the <a href=\"https:\/\/mainlymiles.com\/2026\/10\/02\/where-is-sia-flying-its-737-max\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Mainly Miles<\/a> reported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The airline will also increase MAX frequencies on selected routes. Da Nang will move to three daily flights, while Phuket will rise to six daily services. At the other end of the network, services to Kuala Lumpur can take as little as 1 hour and 10 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Singapore Airlines equips its Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft with 154 seats, including Business Class and <a href=\"https:\/\/aviationa2z.com\/?s=Economy+Class\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Economy Class<\/a> cabins. The aircraft also features the carrier\u2019s newer narrow-body cabin products, including lie-flat Business Class seats, while Wi-Fi is available in both cabins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For passengers checking their aircraft before departure, Singapore Airlines identifies the Boeing 737-8 MAX in its booking system.
